The total number of active Internet connections in Belgium was 3.966.372 connections during the third quarter of 2015.
In the business market the number of Internet connections has increased with 1.104 to 386.591 lines, which represents an increase of 0,28% compared with the previous quarter.
In the second quarter of 2015 there is a net decrease of 6.333 connections compared to Q2 – 2015, which is mainly due to a different calculation method that made the number of residential connection decrease to a total of 3.579.743 connections.
The total number of active Internet connections in Belgium (3.966.372) thus slightly decreased in the second quarter of 2015.
