The total number of active Internet connections in Belgium was 4.194.395 connections during the first quarter of 2017. An increase of 3% over the last year.

The number of residential connections grew to a total of 3.783.275 connections in Belgium. This represents an increase of 0.74% over the last quarter.

In the business market, the number of Internet connections has increased with 1.808 to 411.120 lines, which represents an increase of 0.44% compared with the previous quarter.

In the first quarter of 2017 there is an overall net growth of 29.313 connections compared to last year.

The total number of active Internet connections in Belgium reached a total of 4.194.395 and represents an increase of 3% compared to Q1 – 2016
